Artisanal Manual Wind Movement
Caliber BNR-01 is elevated by a standard of haute horlogerie finishing rarely executed outside of the world’s most elite independent ateliers. Every component is subjected to an exacting manual standard: the steel screws and the click spring are painstakingly black-polished to a flawless mirror finish, providing a striking visual contrast against the richly gilded mainspring barrel and hand-beveled gear train. Crowned with bespoke 18k gold, hand-engraved nameplates, the movement transcends its mechanical function to become a masterclass in traditional decoration.
Hand Made Dial & Hands
The dial of the Nova Edition is a breathtaking canvas of human patience and traditional artisanship. At its heart lies a solid silver base, meticulously hand-engraved over 20 exhaustive hours to form a dynamic, radiating star motif. This intricate texture is then brought to life beneath 13 layers of hand-applied, deep burgundy lacquer. Framing this pattern is a hand-frosted, gilded chapter ring secured by four steel screws, punctuated by hand-engraved Roman numerals. Sweeping across this masterpiece are bespoke, hand-made steel hands, each painstakingly crafted with finely brushed tops and dramatically polished bevels, crowned by a mirrored center cap

What We Do
Beneath the dial beats the proprietary Caliber BNR-01, an architectural masterpiece developed in collaboration with master watchmaker Andreas Strehler. Refusing to compromise on finishing, the movement receives over 80 hours of dedicated manual decoration. Flawless anglage, deep chamfering, and mirror-like black polishing are executed entirely by hand under the microscope, ensuring that the movement is as breathtaking as the dial it powers.

The Art Of Hand Engraving
The art of hand engraving is the beating heart of the Nova Edition. Over the course of 20 exhaustive hours, a solid silver dial base is transformed into a breathtaking, radiating star motif. Using traditional burins, every individual facet is carved entirely by hand, capturing light and shadow with a profound depth that no machine could ever replicate. This relentless dedication extends throughout the timepiece—from the meticulously engraved Roman numerals on the hand-frosted chapter ring to the bespoke 18k gold nameplates resting on the movement. It is an uncompromising process of sculpting raw metal into a living, breathing work of art.
New Caliber BNR-01
The finishing of Caliber BNR-01 is a pure reflection of the "slow way" a steadfast refusal to compromise traditional hand-craftsmanship for modern convenience. The rhodium-plated brass bridges and plates serve as a canvas for intricate hand-frosting and microscopic manual anglage, boasting an extraordinary 22 interior and 18 exterior angles that demand absolute precision and a remarkably steady hand. Every component is subjected to an uncompromising standard: steel screws and the click spring are painstakingly black-polished to a flawless mirror finish, while the wheels and mainspring barrel are richly gilded and beveled. With over 120 hours of manual beveling poured into each timepiece, the mechanical architecture transcends its function to become a breathtaking work of artisanal mastery.
