Payments And Orders

  • Payments are accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Bank Wire 

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Royter and availability of watches.

  • All watches are hand custom built individually for each client and require many hours of labor therefore,  once we receive your order we will inform you the timeframe to complete your watch. Depending on the order queue, it usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to fulfill each order. Watches will be delivered in the order payments were received. We kindly ask for your trust and patience and we promise to deliver the best watch we possibly can so you could be a very proud Royter owner. We will update you with every step of the process from start to finish.

  • Once we receive your order, it is considered accepted and cancellations are possible only within 24 hours. 

  • Royter reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: suspicious address, shipping/import restrictions of the destination country, fraudulent/suspicious activity

  • In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver a product, a full refund will be made. 

  • We make every effort to deliver watches within the promised timeframe, however, delays do occur due to different circumstances. 

  • In cases where orders cannot be accepted, any payments made will be promptly refunded in full.

 

Shipping, Customs and Import Duties​

  • All watches are shipped out from our NYC headquarters worldwide fully insured with signature confirmation and a tracking number. We use UPS overnight or 2nd day within USA free of charge or DHL Express international for a flat fee of $50. A valid tracking number will be provided once your order is processed and prepared.

  • International custom fees and import duties are not included in the product price.

  • Please note that Royter is required to declare the retail value of all items in shipments, and that your shipment may be subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country. Any incurred importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Warranty and Service 

 

  • All Royter watches come with a limited four (4) year warranty from the date of purchase against mechanical defects. 

  • ​Mechanical watches are precision instruments and timekeeping can be affected by excessive shocks or vibrations, exposure to strong magnetism. If you happen to experience any issues with the watch, please reach out to us for further assistance.

  •  The warranty does not cover issues occurring due to mishandling as it falls outside the normal scope of use. If you are uncertain if a particular activity is safe for the watch, please e-mail us and we'll be happy to clarify.

  • Watches are not to be opened or serviced by unauthorized third parties or your warranty will be void.  Wear and tear (e.g. water damage to straps, scuff marks to the case or buckle, etc.) is not covered by the warranty. This extends to any external coatings or treatments, such as DLC coating, heat bluing or Anti-reflective crystal coating,  watch case, crown, crystal, clasp or buckle, leather or rubber strap.

  • In the event of any warranty issue we will service or replace the watch.

  • Should the owner request a watch service or should repairs be necessary outside the warranty period, we will send an estimated cost of repair and the price of service will depend on the service needed. Once service is authorized by the watch owner, we will proceed with the service and ship the watch back once the service is complete.

  • In the event of a warranty claim or service request, please email us at info@royterwatches.com for a Service Authorization form, which will have shipping details.

  • For out-of-warranty service, shipping charges are the owner’s responsibility. 

 

Returns/Refunds 

  • Watches may be returned in unused and unworn condition within two (2) week period  of the original shipment, complete with the original packaging, with the watch still sealed and vacuum packed, and all accessories supplied (including all straps and buckles, hang tags, and protective coverings) included for a full refund minus return shipping fees. 

  • Straps are considered consumables and are not eligible for returns. All strap sales are considered final once shipped.

  • Outside the two (2) week period, all sales are final.

  • Please email us at info@royterwatches.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. All returns must be accompanied by a RMA form, unless otherwise stated.

  • Royter will provide the buyer with a prepaid return label. The shipping cost will be deducted from the initial payment.

  • Buyers may choose to arrange for return shipping on their own. Safety of the watch during transit is the buyer's responsibility under these circumstances.

  • If we find the watch to be in used condition or incomplete, we will be unable to accept the return and will contact you to have the watch shipped back to you.

  • The refund will be issued within 5 business day upon receipt of the returned good(s) using the same means of payment used for purchase.  A return can be used as a store credit and may be used for future Royter watches purchases.

  • All items are thoroughly inspected by watchmakers before they leave the factory for shipping. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged during transit, you may be eligible for a one-to-one exchange. Eligibility for exchange shall be on a case-by-case basis and only after your return is received and inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, a new watch (if stock is available) shall be shipped to you without charge. If stock is unavailable, we will offer either a replacement of the affected part(s), a repair, or a full refund. We only repair or replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. You will need to send pictures of the exterior of the shipping package in its entirety to help in your claim. You will be requested to take a picture of your warranty card to ensure the information tallies with your original order details as well. From there, we will make the necessary arrangements.
