Hand Finished Movement:

Swiss made, mechanical chronometer grade self-winding chronograph, Valjoux ETA-7750 with glucydur balance, incabloc shock protection, anchron alloy hairspring, with Côtes de Genève finish on bridges and rotor, regulated In-house in 6 position to +2/-2 sec/day

Hand finished hammers with straight graining, micro-blasting, hand beveling, Côtes de Genève, perlage, hand carved & polished screw counter sink holes, black polished screws, rose gold plated bridges, perlage on the main plate, hand beveled & hand polished rotor edges, hand engraved logo on the rotor with Côtes de Genève finish. ​

Orders:
Each Royter timepiece is individually hand built and finished in our atelier for each client which requires many hours of labor. Depending on your order queue, it takes approximately 2-4 weeks to have the watch built finished and tested.  
Once we receive your order we will inform you of the timeframe it will take to complete your watch. Watches will be delivered in the order payments were received. We kindly ask for your patience and we promise to create the best timepiece we possibly can so you could be a very proud Royter owner. We will update you with every step of the process from start to finish.

Shipping:

All watches are shipped out from our NYC headquarters worldwide fully insured with signature confirmation and a tracking number. We use UPS overnight or 2nd day within USA free of charge or DHL Express international for a flat fee of $50

International custom fees and import duties are not included in the product price. Please note that Royter is required to declare the retail value of all items in shipments, and that your shipment may be subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country. Any incurred importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellations and Returns:

Once we receive your order, it is considered accepted and cancellations are possible within 24 hours only. In the event the order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours.

Watches may be returned  for a full refund minus return shipping fees in unused and unworn condition within two (2) week period of the original shipment, complete with the original packaging, accessories including all straps, buckles, hang tags, and protective coverings.

Warranty:

All Royter watches come with a four (4) year warranty from the date of purchase against mechanical defects. The warranty does not cover issues occurring due to mishandling as it falls outside the normal scope of use. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
